which defines the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that will be the blueprint for building a more prosperous planet for all. Having come into effect on January 1, 2016, the SDGs serve as the guiding principles for global development thru 2030. As a world-leading university in innovation and a global center for the high-tech industry, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University has integrated the 2030 Agenda into its strategic plan. Through implementing the SDGs, NYCU aims to cultivate talented global citizens who will contribute to the well-being of the people and the sustainability of the planet.\u00a0
