NCTU Law was established in the year 2000, first known as Institute of Technology Law(ITL). Due to the rapid growth of the IT industry in Taiwan, our founder, Professor Shang-Jyh Liu, sensed the increasing need of IP professionals and decided to provide a better educational environment for those who seek to learn IP law.
