2015年5月，本院林志潔副院長受美國 Law and Society Associaation (LSA) 之邀請，前往西雅圖發表論文
： Making A disclosure in the Public Interest- Whistle-blower Law and the Protection Policy。此行林副院長以台灣代表身份，與亞洲各國法學院一起成立 Asian Law and Society Assication ，林副院長受推舉出任任理事，並爭取到由我國交通大學科法學院主辦2018年 Asian Law and Society Conference 之機會，由林副院長當擔任該次會議之主席 (Conference Chair），為我國法學之國際交流開創重要的里程碑。
