Certificate in Biomedical Law and Management

  1. The program is provided in accordance with the NYCU Guidelines for Establishing Programs for Colleges and Departments, to develop student’s ability in management and legal practices in biotechnology and medical industries.
  2. This program is open to all students enrolled in NYCU.
  3. A student who satisfactorily completes 18 credits according to the Tentative Courses and Credits Table shall receive a Program Certificate conferred by the University.
  4. Courses of this program are mainly offered by the School of Law and the College of Biological Science and Technology. Credits of courses of similar names or nature offered by other departments or universities shall not be counted.
  5. Enrollment registration is processed at the School of Law office. Students who wish to participate in this program should complete registration at the beginning of each semester.
