Certificate In Intellectual Property Law

  1. The Intellectual Property Rights Law Program integrates the subjects of law, technology, and management, providing bachelor and graduate students the opportunity to study intellectual property rights. 
  2. NYCU grants certification acknowledging program completion to the students who have successfully finished at least 18 credit hours according to the “Program Course Schedule.” 
  3. The School of Law is the primary provider of the Program’s courses.
  4. Credit earned through this program is non-transferable to the “Patent Engineering” program.
