The Center brings a scholarly focus to major trends of digital issues: Digital Governance and Legal Innovation. Consistent with NYCU Law’s interdisciplinary strengths, in the field of digital governance, the work of the center examines digital health and digital integrity by applying digital technologies in order to achieve the right to health and social justice. In addition, the center advances legal innovation through insightful research and teaching in law and technology, design thinking, innovation and entrepreneurship. The center is dedicated to developing digital education and providing multiple educational opportunities in collaboration with outstanding research centers and law schools from the United States, Singapore, and Japan. Its engagement supports students to improve digital literacy and cultivate practical skills toward application of digital technology for careers in the legal profession and public policy.
