Simon Sun’s research concerns Internet intermediary liability, privacy, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and blockchain governance. His scholarly interests extend to Elinor Ostrom’s theory of Commons and polycentric governance, exploring their application in the digital society contexts. Simon is a recipient of the Global Scholars Fund at the University of Manchester in the United Kingdom. Simon Sun earned his LL.M. from Duke Law School, LL.B. from National Chung Cheng University, and S.J.D. from Indiana University, Maurer School of Law.
