As one of the leading corporate law and securities law scholars in Taiwan, Prof. Lin’s research appears in prominent journals, including Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, Journal of Corporation Law, International Review of Law and Economics, American University Business Law Review, Temple International & Comparative Law Journal, and other leading law journals in Taiwan. He currently leads several research projects, including the regulation of financial conglomerates and how business counters political tension.
Prof. Lin is active in international academic activities. He has hosted visits from the Delaware Courts to Taiwan since 2016 and other international academic exchanges.
