Robert Leflar’s research and teaching specialties are health law, torts, and products liability, with an emphasis on comparative studies. Most of his comparative work has focused on Japan and Taiwan as well as the common-law nations. Since 2017, he has been teaching in Taiwan, at National Taiwan University College of Law and National YangMing ChiaoTung University.
