The thesis by Shan-pei Su, a graduate from the NYCU School of Law, titled " A Study on Functionality and Legality of Taiwan’s Union Security Clause: A Comparative Study on the Laws of the United States and Taiwan," supervised by Associate Professor Yu-fan Chiu, won the "2022 Yue-Chin Huang Labor Law Scholarship" of the Taiwan International Employer Organization Foundation.
