Graduates Win 2022 Intellectual Property Rights Dissertation Scholarship

The theses by graduates Chong-Han Hung, titled "A Discussion on The Mechanism for Eliminating The Patent Linkage False Listing," supervised by Professor Chih-Hsiung Chen, Shuang-Cheng Huang, titled "Studying on Infringement of AI-Generated Work: Centering on Transformative Use of Work," supervised by Associate Professor Hung-Yu Chuang & Professor Min-Chiuan Wang, and Yu-Han Kuan, titled "A Discussion on the Regulation and Empirical Development Post Akamai," supervised by Associate Professor Hung-Yu Chuang, all won the "2022 Intellectual Property Rights Dissertation Scholarship" of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Association.
