Ms. Shan-Pei Su, an LL.M. student at the School of Law, received an Outstanding Paper Award by the Taiwan Law Society for her dissertation "A Study on Functionality and Legality of Taiwan’s Union Security Clause: A Comparative Study on the Laws of the United States and Taiwan." Ms. Su has asked to recognize Professor Yu-fan Chiu for her continuing advice and mentorship throughout her master studies and the application process.
