Tsai-fang Chen

Tsai-fang Chen is an Associate Professor of Law at National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University School of Law. He is currently the Director of Legal Center for Enterprise & Entrepreneurship. He has passed Taiwan’s national judicial examination and is admitted to practice in Taiwan and in New York State. His areas of expertise encompass international economic law, international investment law, international commercial arbitration, and IP contracts and licensing. He has also actively coached NYCU Law’s international moot court competition teams for several years, most notably the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. Professor Chen holds an SJD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and, LL.Ms from Columbia University and National Taiwan University, and an LL.B from National Chengchi University. He is a renowned expert in Taiwan standing at the intersection of international commerce and law.
